On behalf of an international insurance provider Communicatie & Co is searching for an internal communications advisor.
Job description
The internal communications advisor will coordinate and support the group's internal communications program: coordinates the strategy engagement program, plans and executes internal campaigns, day-to-day internal communications about key business developments across the company and the development of activities to further meet the objective of achieving 'one company' across various (international) markets. He or she will report directly to the Global Head of Internal Communications. Responsibilities include supporting the continued roll out of the strategy, assisting in achieving a clear communications positioning across country units, developing and coordinating central management processes to realize synergies and identifying and initiating activities. He or she will also take primary responsibility for the support of key departments including HRM, Group Compliance, Group Sustainability and Business Development. Support senior management communications and act as advisor. Ensure the ongoing development of the company's internal communications strategy.
Required
Succesfull candidates have a university degree and a maximum of five to seven years of internal communications experience preferably in an international environment. He or she is a multi-tasker who works well in a deadline-driven environment. Is strategically wise and at the same time has the ability to work 'hands-on' to deliver practical solutions. The ideal candidate is a creative, pro-active, result-oriented, collaborative worker with the ability to act as an advisor to senior management and colleagues. A good listener with organizational sensitivity. Since the corporate language is (American) English, you will have to be fluent (near native), written and spoken.
