On behalf of a worldwide operating international company Communicatie & Co is searching for a specialist internal communications.
Job description 
He or she will primarily be responsible for the facilitation and coordination of the internal communication process within the organisation. Main tasks are to ensure both the process and the content of all internal communications, online and offline and that they are in line with the overall strategy. The company considers internal communications as a key success factor in the business process.
Successful candidates have a bachelor degree in communications and a proven track record in internal communications within international companies. Have 5 years of experience in this field. Must be able to demonstrate good judgment in working with sensitive and confidential information. Have strong written and verbal communication skills. Must be change-adaptive, have excellent interpersonal skills and are teamworkers. The ideal candidate is also customer oriented and can work independently, demonstrates the ability to interface professionally with all levels of personnel and have excellent project management skills.
