For the educational department of an international engineering company, Communicatie & Co is searching for a communications specialist.
Job description
The educational department is a new activity within the company. The strategy has been approved. The next few months will be used to communicate with headquarters in ten countries to determine their needs and priorities, to prepare workshops and to support the implementation of tools and instruments. The company wants to use internal and external knowledge in a (cost-) effictive way. The specialist will work closely with senior management, collegues and the businesses on ways to increase knowledge sharing. The communications specialist will temporarily replace a permanent member of the staff who will be absent for a couple of months.
Required
Succesfull candidates have a masters degree, preferably in knowledge management or communications. Have approximately five years of experience in a comparable job. Outstanding written and verbal communications skills in English. The ideal candidate is a direct, articulate and thoughtful communicator. He or she is an outstanding sparring partner for multiple individuals and personalities. Will not reinvent the wheel, but is pragmatic to find solutions without wasting time and money.
