For a globally operating energy company Communicatie & Co is searching a communications specialist with experience in change management and ict.
Job description
The specialist will be in charge of several change management activities: setting up the change strategy, analysis of stakeholders, onboarding sessions, change impact assessment and action plan, business readiness tracking, leadership engagement, communication plan for awareness campaigns, training plan, completion tracking and evaluation. The scope of the changes are closely related to the information- and telecommunication strategy of the company. The project will have global impact and is large-scaled and complex with multiple disciplines involved.
Required
Succesful candidates will have at least 5 years of experience in complex communications projects, preferably in the area of ict. They have excellent skills in written and spoken English, work experience in multinational organisations and are experienced in Microsoft Sharepoint and Office. Have demonstrated to set and manage priorities, resources, goals and project initiatives. Are able to establish and meet deadlines, work under pressure and handle priorities simultaneously. The ideal candidate is a self starter, must be organised, results and detail oriented.
