On behalf of a large energy supplier Communicatie & Co is searching a communications manager with broad experience in change management.
Job description 
The manager will play a key role in changing the way the company integrates its workforce planning in daily practice. This includes a high level of change for all departments within the company. He or she will write a change management plan to support this implementation, sets up a communications calendar to engage stakeholders, coordinates the production of communications packs and educational and workshop materials as required. Manages lists of key stakeholders and schedules engagement sessions. Establishes and supports change champions across the business. He or she will be responsible for the adaption of new technology and processes, aligns all activities with HR and Finance. Delivers clarity and common understanding of de new approach.
For this temp job we are searching for a high experienced professional with proven experience in all of the named areas: communications management, change management, HRM and Finance. Succesful candidates need to have worked in changing large scale and complex organisations. Have demonstrated the ability to work across large en diverse stakeholder groups to generate alignment and common understanding and objectives. Have strong English proficiency to increase buy-in and adoption, including documents and the facilitation of discussions, workshops and meetings. They must have the ability to collect and digest complex information and translate it into simple, clear and concise concepts.
Offered is a fulltime temp job starting this month until the end of the year. Less than 40 hours a week is not possible. Unfortunately, due to the length of the assigment a freelance construction is also not allowed. Salary in line with responsibilities.
